Wagyu 55 is a unique and exceptional line of Fullblood Wagyu that are raised until 55 months old on Clear Creek farm in Florida.



No other farm in the world raises their Fullbood Wagyu to 55 months, but these cattle are spared no expense in order to be the most luxury eating experience available in the United States

They will be sold exclusively in Delmonico’s Restaurant in New York City in 2019.
